Aurélia Dussy.

Tattoo artist — black and grey micro-realism.

Adussynk en séance de tatouage.

Adussynk — Atelier, 2025.

My practice has always begun with drawing: observing, reproducing, refining the line, understanding volumes, textures, light and gradients. After two years at the Beaux-Arts, I turned to tattooing — a medium that lets this research live on a singular surface: the body.

For nine years I have been training in this practice with a particular focus on black and grey micro-realism. What interests me is the precision of detail, the softness of shading, the depth of materials and the rightness of a composition built for a specific skin, placement and story.

Tattooing implies a particular kind of trust. A piece stays, evolves and lives with the person who carries it. I do not see this responsibility as a pressure but as an invitation to seek the most precise gesture possible. Each project asks for careful listening — to the intention, the body and the technical constraints of the skin.

I love the moments of exchange this craft creates: the meeting, the trust, the story shared, the care before, during and after the session. To me, a tattoo is never just an image. It is a personal, intimate and lasting composition, built with softness, rigour and respect.
